I have a mailing list email get caught as spam even though I have [email protected] whitelisted. Do I need to whitelist [email protected]? Or how do I make the whitelisting work.

Could you verify how you have whitelisted your mailing list email address? Also, what's the specific entry in /var/log/exim_mainlog for the message that was marked as SPAM? EX:
Replace MSGID with the message ID, as found in the header of the email that was marked as SPAM.
