I am needing to add a CNAME entry for one of the domains I host. From what I can tell it looks like in WHM 11 I can only modify the template all my domains use. I did some googling but the results seem to show some form to edit it that I don't see. I've noticed that all of these seem to be working with older WHM's though.

Go to WHM -> DNS Functions -> Edit DNS Zone then select the domain whose DNS entries you want to modify then click "Edit" and at the bottom of the screen you can add additional entries.

Looks like whoever has root access on the server didn't grant you permissions to edit DNS zones.
