    Hi,

I mistakenly locked myself out of my whm. I have been trying to edit the /etc/hosts.allow but I seems to have been unlucky so far.

I was able to call up the /etc/hosts.allow using vim .
but immediately i edited the column for the IP, i find that it is diffcult for me to save it.

I have tried this about three times.

Any one with idea how to resolve this?

    Hello,

Were you able to update the /etc/hosts.allow file using the instructions in the previous post? Note that you can search for a term such as "how to use vi" on a search engine and it should yield several helpful results.

    Thank you.
