Hi people!

We've got a problem here with WHM and suspended accounts:

WHM suspends an account automatically due to a bandwith exceed. This is ok, but when trying to re-activate the account, the proccess doesn't work properly, getting a 403 forbidden error when opening the site.

To get a temporary solution, we tried to de-activate the auto-suspend accounts option, but it didn't work neither.

We still getting the 403 error.

Is it a bug or are we doing something wrong?

Thanks and regards!

SSH to your server and run this command to refresh your CPanel:
/scripts/upcp --force

see if that solve this problem.

Go on, have a guess
As Andy says, make sure you're running a recent release. To specifically fix the 403 error, you might try:

/scripts/enablefileprotect

If that doesn't help, you'll need to check the apache error log.
