Whm Additional Cpanel Account Setup Confusion

Hello, i have whm over vps, i want to create an extra cpanel account with my 1 additional IP, i am simply making 2nd cpanel account with my extra IP by creating a package first with selection option "dedicated IP", then creating a new cpanel account inside that package, so it's automatically assigning new cpanel account my extra IP, but confusion is do i need to do additional settings for that IP address like nameservers setup, hostname setup, dns things ??
If not then where do i will find info for these so that i can set that info under my other domain settings so that my other domain can reditect to that new cpanel hosting that i created ?

Hello,

No additional steps are required when assigning an account a dedicated IP address if the domain name uses name servers associated with your cPanel server. Could you provide some more information about the redirect question?
