    Hi there,

    Hoping someone can help me here.

    I followed the guide present on this forum for setting up Amazon storage to handle user account backups from WHM.

    Everything appeared to be fine and I ran tail on the log as it was happening and it appeared it was successful but nothing appeared in the Bucket on Amazon - Just empty.

    I ran the following tail on the cpbackup transporter log:

    cPanel::TaskQueue::process_next_task(cPanel::TaskQueue=HASH(0x236e0b0)) called at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/cpbackup_transporter line 151
    eval {...} called at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/cpbackup_transporter line 149

    Inside the Cpanel backups directory a file has been created:

    amazonmtc_UID_x3p0swD5XSkTbD4aQiUBOeis.backup_destination

    I am unsure how to proceed to diagnose and fix this issue.

    Could someone suggest some options for me please?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    I don't see anything in the log output that identifies the issue. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

    To update, it looks like the issue was addressed by the user re-saving the preferences on the bucket to "No Encryption / Standard Storage Class".

    Thank you.
