    Is there a script like the accounting.inc.php file to show how many accounts there are on a server through whm?

    Go on, have a guess
    The simplest way would be to count the files in /var/cpanel/users/*, otherwise WHM > List Accounts gives you the total.

    So it cannot be done through a function like:
    PHP:
    function showaccts ($host,$user,$accesshash,$usessl) {

    $result whmreq("/scripts2/showaccts",$host,$user,$accesshash,$usessl);
        if (
    $cpanelaccterr != "") { return; }
        return
    $result;
    }
    btw that exact code doesn't work :(
