WHM and CP backup

    Making WHM or CPanel backup have this error:

    Code:
    pkgacct started.

    pkgacct using '/usr/bin/gzip -9' to compress archives
    Error: /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf, Inappropriate ioctl for device
    die [pkgacct] Could not lock Apache configuration: The system failed to lock the file “/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf” because of an error: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Transaction/File/Base.pm line 88.
