Making WHM or CPanel backup have this error:

    Code:
    pkgacct started.
    pkgacct version 10 - user : nenovrgoc - tarball: 1 - target mysql : default - split: 0 - incremental: 0 - homedir: 1 - archive version: 3 - running with uid 0
pkgacct using '/usr/bin/gzip -9' to compress archives
Error: /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf, Inappropriate ioctl for device
die [pkgacct] Could not lock Apache configuration: The system failed to lock the file “/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf” because of an error: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Transaction/File/Base.pm line 88.
