    Hello,

We are having a problem with one of our servers.

When we insert a .htaccess file into a folder we get a server side error (code 500).

It seems that .htaccess is turned off on that server. If we turn it back on using ssh WHM just overwrites the change tommorow.
We could not find the setting that disabled .htaccess in WHM by googling or searching the forums.

Can someone tell me how to turn .htaccess back on using WHM (not SSH).

    Thank you in advance,
    Ivan

    Hello,

I do see what you mean, and I apologize for your issue. In this case it shouldn't be having such behavior. I would recommend at this point that you go ahead and submit a ticket. You can do this via the link at the bottom of this post.

    Thank you,
    Matthew Curry
