WHM api function giving access denied error

Hi,

I have a WHM reseller account on shared server.

I am trying to use WHM API function but it is giving me access denied error, I need to know which account i need to use to get this api worked? also can i use api functions on shared server?

Hi @talalsynctech

WHMAPI1 functions are meant to be run by the root user. As a reseller, with the correct permissions, you can run cPanel API or UAPI functions through WHMAPI1 as the reseller
