Hi,

When creating a new account with a dedicated IP package, WHM will auto assign the IP (random order).
Is there a way, that WHM will assign the ips in a specific order ? (from the bottom's up, or the opposite).

For example, a server has 64 ips - 192.168.0.1 - 64

We will populate the first 20 clients using a specific order (192.168.0.1,2,3,4.... -> 20)
Now, if the server has reached his capacity, and we will stop populating it, all we need to do is to remove the rest of the ips (192.168.0.21 - 64), and move the to another server.

The way things are working now is not possible, ips are given randomly, it makes it almost impossible to pull the unused ips back.

Any ideas will be welcomed.

Thanks,
Eli.

Don't know about specific order, but in WHm-> IP Functions-> Show/Edit Reserved IPs
you can set "reserved IPs", i.e. you can set only those 20 first IPs "not reserved" and they will be used 1st.
