Suppose I want to take a full server backup at a particular time (right now) or manually when I feel like I want it done, what /script command do i pass for it. In the WHM there are days you can select and the time also based on the server time. But suppose I feel "right now" i want it done, what do i run for it to get started...that way i can backup when i feel like it not on a day basis...just run the script when i feel i need the backup created?

    Go on, have a guess
So long as you have backups configured in WHM, you can run an interactive backup using:

    /scripts/cpbackups

But you will need to check your /backup/cpbackup/daily/ directory as it will terminate if it was created within (IIRC) 12 hours and so you'll have to rename that directory out of the way to force another run.
