Hi,
I have recently started using WHM Backup Solutions to backup my WHM accounts. The backups complete and appear in the home directory of my client, but do not transfer via SCP to a remote server. I have narrowed the issue down, and it is to do with the Disk Space on the Clients cPanel account. If I make my client's Disk Space Unlimited, it successfully transfers the backup file over SCP to my server.
I do not want to make my clients' disk space 'unlimited' as I feel this wouldn't be the right thing to do.
The error log is:
Error:
The password that you provided is not correct, or the SSH key is not permitted access: bind: Disk quota exceeded unix_listener: cannot bind to path: /home/naturefo/.libnet-openssh-perl/2a9c5cde130d8e472d28b42126264822.Xp9Kv0HJ6YcFSni2
--------------------------------------------------------
Leaving package file “/home/naturefo/backup-9.17.2021_15-14-48_naturefo.tar.gz” in place.
Any help, please?
Thanks
James.
