    Hello,

when i use the WHM Backup Funktion for some cPanel Accounts, its takes a long time.

WHM need 9 hours to backup ONE cPanel Account with 400 MB Files.
When i use the Backup Funktion from the cPanel Menue, it takes 40 Minutes for the same 400 MB Account.

Why WHM need 9 hours

WHM use pkgacct <accountname> and its takes 9 hour for this account. than whm switch to the next useraccount.

whm needs 17 hours to backup 13 cpanel accounts. FTp Backup to another Server ( RAID System )

Does he have a large database in addidtion to his files?

The cpanel backup (depending on method) does not backup the database.
