    Hello,

Does the full WHM backup backup everything including all WHM and cPanel configurations as well as all user accounts to the extent after an OS install and base cPanel/WHM install the backup can be restored to restore a server to its pre-backup state?

    Thanks.

    Go on, have a guess
Yes and no. The full backup does a backup of all user accounts so that they can be restored. It also does a backup of essential dirs and files which you would have to manually restore, e.g. the packages and features files.

    Thanks.

Does the restore do full user account restores including mySQL databases etc. so the sites would be full operative immediately; e.g. like a full cPanel backup/restore?

What are the packages and feature files and how are they restored manually?

    Thanks.
