Tried logging into my server this morning via webmail and when I went to domain.com/webmail I was asked for my username and password which I entered and was then taken to a blank white page and the URL as:

    http://domainname.com:2095/webmail/x3/?login=1

I then tried logging into WHM and again entered my username and password but this time I get a page with the following:

    Not Found

The server was not able to find the document (./scripts3/initial_setup_wizard1) you requested.
Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this
    error to your webhost.

So I contact my server admin (Touch Support) and they tell me that upgrade is still running:

Webmail/cPanel/WHM has been down since around 9:00AM EST, it's now nearly 4:00PM and it's still down. Is this normal for cPanel/WHM to take 6+ hours to upgrade?

Found that link after I posted this and did as suggested by Pirrup and now SSH is showing this and just repeating itself over and over:

I strongly recommend letting our technical analysts take a look at that for you: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit

I just tried to create a ticket but I don't have my Support Access Number. When I try getting the access number from SSH using either command via the support ticket page I get this returned in SSH:

I'm having exactly the same problem - the force update fails and I cannot get the support key.

Can you please either let me know the fix, or, let me know how to get this resolved?

    Thanks :)
