WHM ClamAV broke MailScanner?

    I was using Exim + MailScanner + ClamAV (with ClamAv + MailScanner installed seperately).

    I then switched on ClamAV from the WHM panel.

    It then looked like mail was not being checked by MailScanner, nothing in the headers.

    I did some virus testing and it looks like ClamAV is catching the viruses (except for the .zip format), but I need the notification that was sent with the MailScanner to the receipient of the virus.

    I uninstalled ClamAV from WHM, cleaned up my clam.conf and clamd.conf, checked my MailScanenr.conf, etc.

    Then reinstalled from WHM.

    I then upgraded MailScanner manually to 4.38.9-1. The install went well and MailScanner is running. (I can stop, start, and see it running in memory). Checked my MailScanner.conf and all looked good.

    But still it looks like it is not processing the mail.

    Nothing in the header section.

    Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?
