i have a VPS with WHM and several ports are closed by a script . I asked my IPS to know whether there was a harware firewall and the answer was no . They told me that the firewall rules that were on my computer came as a default with cpanel . Is there anybody with the same kind of problem . i tried to open the ports using iptables but it doesnt work

cPanel/WHM doesn't install any firewall rules onto the server, nor does it install anything to your client computer unless you ask it to (such as installing WebDisk).
