WHM/Cpanel does not reset my password

Hi,

I moved an account from another server. Now we can not access the cpanel, FTP. We tried to reset the password but it is saying it is resseted but it did not work.

We moved 6 accounts. All are ok. Only 2 of them are affected.


I was terminating the account and manually restore it.

Any idea how to fix it?
This account has a lot of file and I don't want to restore it manually

Hi;

Please make sure that the accounts for which you are trying to change the password has successfully started resolving from the new location. It appears that the accounts are still resolving from the old location and you are trying the changes from the new location, which will off course make problems.

Accounts moved to the new server before one week. It should be resolved to the new server by now!!

if you are using space or foreign characters in password dont use it

I re-checked to domain DNS and found the owner of the domain missed it. He changed all DNS for other websites and left one by mistake.
