WHM/CPANEL keeps requesting user/pass...?

when trying to login to WHM/CPANEL it continuously request for the User/Pass and for every image and screen that loads. This just recently started happening.

This sounds like the server admin has enabled IP address cookie validation . If your ISP changes your IP address a lot then you will be constantly prompted to re-authenticate when using form based login.
