yesterday I logged into my WHM account and all the pages load too long time or an error popped up (internal server error 500). In the upper right corner, I saw the option to restart the server to download the software update. I thought it would be the cause of the problem and that nothing could go wrong. I ran "Graceful Server Reboot" and now I cant log in to my account at all. This is an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error
The website worked properly but the reboot turned it off, the domain also lost the https certificate.
As for the server, I have my own dedicated. Its condition was verified with the provider's technical staff. Server utilization is not even 1%.
As for IP addresses, DNS ping over CMD is fine but IP / domain ping is unresponsive.
Where is problem? What should I do with it? Please advise anything. I'll pass the information on to my technician when it's online, thank you.
