WHM/Cpanel update failure

Hello I have gotten this e mail this morning from my web server, I tried google searching for a way to solve the issue but nothing seemed to match the problem I have checked the update help page given but they dont have the same error as I am having so I thought I would post this and see if anybody on here can help point me in the right direction to fix this problem so that my update will complete with out failing.

here is the log

I can post the full log if you need me too but its very log this is the part where it fails.

Could you let us know which version of cPanel you are upgrading from? EX:

# cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
