WHM CPanel webmail Roundcube Email failed issues .
We set up new admin@.... email We are unable to received emails but are able to send

it does in fact look like you are able to send mail, the issue being that the microsoft server you're sending to is rejecting the mail. I'd advise ensuring you're following the best practices here: How to Keep your Email Out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation some of these options being missing will also cause you mail to be rejected.
