WHM/Cpanel will not load

    I recently upgraded to latest Cpanel and apache and since thenam unable to access both WHM and Cpanel. All I get is a page that will not load. I tried to restart Cpanel and this is what I got:

    root@host [~]# service cpanel restart
    Stopping cPanel services: [FAILED]
    Stopping cPanel log services: [FAILED]
    Stopping cPanel Chat services: [ OK ]
    Stopping Melange Chat services: [ OK ]
    Stopping cPanel ssl services: [FAILED]
    Stopping Web Host Manger services: [FAILED]
    Stopping mailman services: Shutting down Mailman's master qrunner

    Starting cPanel services: execvp: No such file or directory
    [FAILED]
    Starting WebMail services: execvp: No such file or directory
    [FAILED]
    Starting pop3 services: [ OK ]
    Starting cPanel Chat services: [ OK ]
    Starting cPanel ssl services: [ OK ] ]
    Starting Web Host Manager services: execvp: No such file or directory
    [FAILED]
    Starting mailman services: Starting Mailman's master qrunner.

    Any suggestions?

    what's happning, tried for several hours to update, reinstall rpms everything!
    Need help!

    Try this:

    service cpanel stop
    killall -9 cpsrvd
    /scripts/fixheaders
    /scripts/sysup
    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/upcp --force
    service cpanel restart

    no, not recieve any emails, chkservd is not showing any services in whm either
    latest email we receive was 5 hours ago.

    Service status in whm say just:

    Server Load 0.08 (1 cpu)
    Memory Used 68.4 %
    Swap 0.815 %
    Disk hda6 (/) DMA+ 21 %
    Disk hda1 (/boot) DMA+ 26 %
    Disk hda2 (/home) DMA+ 7 %
    Disk hda8 (/opt) DMA+ 1 %
    Disk hda3 (/usr) DMA+ 19 %
    Disk hda5 (/usr/local) DMA+ 13 %
    Disk hda7 (/var) DMA+ 6 %
    Disk hdb1 (/backup) No DMA! (Click to Enable) 10 %
    Disk varTmp (/var/tmp) 2 %

    no strange message in message file

    Just so that crond was not running either after the update this morning, tried to start but:

    % [/usr/local/bin]# /etc/init.d/crond restart
    Stopping crond: [FAILED]
    Starting crond: execvp: No such file or directory
    [FAILED]
    % [/usr/local/bin]#
