WHM Create Account Problem

I deleted (terminated) an account from WHM and checked checkbox that Keep DNS Zone,
and i want to create a new account for same domain, but i have this error:

"Account Creation Status: failed
Sorry, a DNS entry for "your-domain" already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster). "

but i dont have this domain in my DNS Zone list.
i delete this zones in onlinenic panel in the domain list from DNS-SIY panel.
but its not work yet.

can somebody help me?
