We just tried to update WHM through WHM and now we can not access WHM at all. We just updated from 103 to 109. Any Ideas?

Restart WHM manually

/usr/local/cpanel/startup

/usr/local/cpanel/install/rsync
/usr/local/cpanel/install/perm

This always fixes any out of sync problems

# /usr/local/cpanel/install/rsync
# /usr/local/cpanel/install/perm
ln: `FormMail.cgi': File exists
#

Is this normal?

Edit: That didn't work :/
