I have 3 servers, each with two nameservers each

server 1: ns1, ns2
server 2: ns3, ns4
server 3: ns4, ns5

I am having issues with my name servers but have no idea how to resolve them. I sent to intoDNS and this is what it says:

Code:
ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not respond are:
192.175.55.3 192.175.55.44
These two ips belong to server 2. ns3, and ns4

Code:
ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
ns3.oxidns.com
ns4.oxidns.com
This is listed as an ERROR because there are some cases where nasty problems can occur (if the TTLs vary from the NS records at the root servers and the NS records point to your own domain, for example).
those name servers belong to server 2.

Code:
Looks like your nameservers do not agree on the SOA serial. Ths SOA records as reported by your nameservers:
192.175.55.100 ->  2013051304
192.175.55.11 ->  2013051400
192.175.55.10 ->  2013051400
192.175.55.101 ->  2013051304
This can cause some serious problems that is why you should fix this asap.

Someone please help me. It seems the only nameservers that are working are ns1 and ns2. Why in the word do the other two servers not work?

The problem is that the name server entries for that domain are:
ns1.oxidns.com
ns2.oxidns.com
ns3.oxidns.com
ns4.oxidns.com
ns5.oxidns.com
ns6.oxidns.com

You can not have the DNS zone for that domain hosted in 3 servers (unless they are clustered).

Once I setup the dns sharing cluster option in all 3 whm's it works like a charm....Thanks!

Hello :)

I am happy to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by enabling clustering. For anyone else browsing this thread, you can find a guide on configuring clustering at:

cPanel - Configure DNS Clustering

Thank you.
