WHM DNSONLY / cPanel

    I mistakenly installed the whm cpanel dnsonly version.. so I went back and followed the instructions to install full cpanel and it took hours and completed. When I log into mi IP:2087 I only get the dnsonly version. Is there something I can do?

    Root Administrator
    You can remove the file /var/cpanel/dnsonly, and then edit /etc/cpupdate.conf and change the following line from:

    Code:
    CPANEL=dnsonly
    to:

    Code:
    CPANEL=release
    Then, run:

    Code:
    # /scripts/upcp --force
    cPanel will be updated to the RELEASE tier, which is the default for new installations. You do not need to reinstall the operating system or cPanel.
