WHM does not recognize backups

Hello,

I've moved all backups from old server to the new server
I put them all into /backup/cpbackup/daily
But WHM can not recognize them!
Please help me how do I make backups working on the new server?

Any help will be appreciated

I mean accounts are not listed in whm > Backup > Restore Multiple Backups
cPanel does not show backup files

Is backup mounted?

You might try moving them here instead:

The files must be in one of these directories on the server: /home, /home2, /home3, /root, /usr, /usr/home, /web

No, I didn't mounted them. How do I do this?
They are not in gz format

..on a separate drive?

I suppose I should have quoted the full text from the Restore Backups page, here it is:

This feature will restore full backups, cpanel backups and cpanel move files in one of the following formats:

cpmove-{USER}
cpmove-{USER}.tar
cpmove-{USER}.tar.gz
USER.tar
USER.tar.gz
backup-{BACKUP-DATE_TIME}_{USER}.tar
backup-{BACKUP-DATE_TIME}_{USER}.tar.gz

The files must be in one of these directories on the server: /home, /home2, /home3, /root, /usr, /usr/home, /web

The one I've marked on bold should be the case for you since the backups are not compressed.

I've mounted backups and they are listed on whm
but when trying to restore, getting the following error:

Extracting Domain....Done
Sorry, we were unable to transfer the account. Information about ***'s primary domain is either missing or corrupt. For more information, please examine /backup/cpbackup/daily/***/cp/*** Account Restore Failed... Restore failed.

Have you checked to verify that all files at that location are there and owned by root?
