I'm setting up my first WHM/cPanel instance on Amazon and am so close to being finished I can taste it.
Instance: CentOS 6
Problem: Domain isn't resolving to public IP associated with Elastic IP, Route 53, EC2
The error I'm getting is when I'm adding a DNS cluster as per Step 3 of the following guide:https://blog.cpanel.com/part-3-how-i-built-a-cpanel-hosting-environment-on-amazon-aws/
"The specified IP address would create a cyclic trust relationship: xxxip" <-- The xxxip is displaying the private local IP of the instance.
The above error isn't something I've been able to find information about anywhere.
What could be the conflict if everything has worked up to this point?

Notes:
- I've changed the nameservers to point to the first 2 Route 53 delegated nameservers that Amazon gave me
- Going to https://ns1.domain.com:2087 does not resolve at all, but the public IP connection and port does work.
- NSLookup displays the correct nameservers as stated above
