WHM Hostname A Entry Missing

When login to WHM, it pops the Hostname A Entry is missing.
So add it from the popup window.
But every 2 to 3 days, it would pop to ask again.
How to fix it ? Thx.

Is this server the DNS server for your hostname domain? If not, create the A record at the DNS server of your domain.

I am getting this same error window when loggin in to WHM - my server is a dedicated server for a domain name of a company. I have set up the NS1 and NS2 at the domain level (registered with GoDaddy). Is there something else I should be doing on the server as well?

Finally fixed by my hosting.
Seems must adjust some settings at their side, nothing I can do.
