WHM LOGIN: A network error occurred during your login request. Please try again.

Hi, after reseting SSL for WHM, FTP etc because it was going to expire un 20 days, I cant login to WHM

I receive

"A network error occurred during your login request. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your network service provider. "

Websites work, Cpanel of websites hosted work... the problem is with WHM

How can I fix it?

Do you have a static or dynamic IP address? Have you tried to access WHM using a different ISP network?

Nothing... when I enter to http://anotherip:2087`it redirects me to https://myip.cprapid.com:2087/ and again I doesn´t let me login.

I tried accesing using PuttySSH and when I put the root password it says "Access denied"

Just to be clear, you are able to get to the WHM login page, but then you get the network error after putting in the username and password?

If the root password is also being rejected over an SSH connection, you'll likely need to get your hosting provider involved so they can reset that for you.

It was very strange. The root password was changed when I have reset the WHM SSL. I had to ask my datacenter to reset the root password and I could enter

My sysadmin told me that he entered with a SSH KEY instead of root password
