I have a few dedicated servers and my most recent is not letting the clients send mail from their mail.domain.com, I have to have them set it to the server address. I have looked practically everywhere, but cant figure this out!

    Thank you very much!

Not sure this is helpful but: in WHM > Server Configuration > Tweak Settings, Domains tab, there are some settings for Proxy Subdomains. You might check these settings against your other servers to see if they match.

they match, and it's still not working. Thank you very much! Is there a setting to only accept SMTP email through SSL connections?

Only SSL via mail client? I'm not sure but don't think so. You can force SSL connections for all remote logins:
But thats not what you're looking for I don't think.

Just to clarify, you mean that mail.domain.com is not working for the outgoing SMTP servername, right? You aren't talking about webmail logins for webmail.domain.com (which corresponds to http://domain.com:2095 or https://domain.com:2096)?
