Hello. I was searching for a while for a script / program which can
access / edit / handle lots of WHM Servers in the same time but I
    didn't find anything anywhere.

What's the point. Let's say we have LOTS of WHM Servers (20/30/40/50+)
and we want to search for a domain / account. Or we want to add to everyone
or just the half of them a new package. To see the total bandwidth usage & limits of all accounts, see in which server I have the most free IP addresses,
why not a "mass" update of something for example apache and so on from one place for all or any server / servers we select.

    It is far from useful.

The api and everything else exists. ( http://www.cpanel.net/plugins/xmlapi/ )
But why not cPanel or someone else didn't work on something like this?

It's hard to work when you have multiple servers...

    Regards,
    Chris

    Hello,

I believe they are working on cPanel Clustering already.
So it's only a matter of time.
