    Hi, hope you can help.

My webhost has moved me to a new, faster node and 'migrated' my existing WHM/cPanel setup. I have now logged in to the newly hosted WHM but found that all accounts are still using/showing the old server IP address.

How do I change, in bulk, all accounts to the new IP address from the old IP address?

Just to add, I did try using the 'Change Multiple Sites’ IP Addresses' option and selecting all domain names, but this just changed the first domain only (and made it 'dedicated') and this one domain doesn't resolve either...

    Thanks.

    Hello :)

You should first ensure the new IP address is configured as the main shared IP address in:

"WHM Home » Server Configuration » Basic cPanel & WHM Setup"

You can then migrate all of the accounts to a new IP address using:

"WHM Home » IP Functions » IP Migration Wizard"

    This option is documented at:

    IP Migration Wizard

    Thank you.
