Recently, few of my members complaint that they cannot access my website anymore. However, I did not notice any dropped on my websit traffic.

Now, when I check NAMESERVER IP section under WHM11.34 it says:
Nameserver IP No. Zones No IP 19 No IP 19

now, I m wondering why it says NO IP.... is it normal for it to show NO IP ?

Also, there is no A ENTRY and I wanted to add A ENTRY for two nameservers I have.. What IP address should I use to create A ENTRY ?

i have the same problem, for my, i received this

"IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.

The hostname ( resolves to *****A. It
should resolve to *****B. Please be sure that the contents of
/etc/hosts are configured correctly, and also that there is a
correct 'A' entry for the domain in the zone file.

Some or all of these problems can be caused by /etc/resolv.conf
being setup incorrectly. Please check that file if you believe
    everything else is correct.

You may be able to automatically correct this problem by using the
'Add an A entry for your hostname' option under 'Dns Functions' in
    your Web Host Manager."

After contact my hosting provider, i have fixed this issue:
you should go to your domain cpanel, then add a "A entry" for your "hostname", not domain name.

    hope it will help you.
