I was wondering if -> "MySQL 3.x/4.x If you are having any problems with MySQL 4.x, you can now choose to downgrade to MySQL 3.x in tweak settings. (6.4.0 build 6 or later only) " is the last entry, it seems like my news is not updating.

It's been there for a while now.
Recently I have the notification to update WHM. After updating the new message is gone and now the MySQL message is on top.

I have had the same thing.

People have been saying that a red warning message came up in the WHM news saying to upgrade due to the formmail problem.

Well, the last message in mine is about the mysql 3/4 problem.

    weird
