WHM News page doesn't appear correctly

    after logging into my server via whm it shows me this text in the WHM news page

    the problem is in scripts2/whmnews??

    what's the cause of this error and how to fix it?

    it's not the first time im facing this error

    I experienced the same problem yesterday, I think it were, at the same time cpanel had problems with their server and their site couldn't be reached so that is probably the explanation to it. - At least for me :)

    IF this appears again then,

    Check if you are behind a firewall (Basetile). This is actually happens when your server is unable to connect to the cpanel's site.

    the problem was because the bind is not running
