WHM Perl module installation error

    when i try to install a perl module called "Tie::Watch" coz of the error "[checkperlmodules] The perl module Tie::Watch could not be installed." by WHM-software-install a perl module.

    but i am getting this error

    /usr/bin/perl is installed in /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.9/mach okay
    PPM for perl5.008009
    Test Compiling config/perlrx.c

    Test Compiling config/pregcomp2.c
    Test Compiling config/signedchar.c

    Running make install
    Make had some problems, won't install
    perlmod--Install done


    my infos:
    cPanel 11.24.4-R35075 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
    FREEBSD 6.3 i386 standard on myserver

    how can i solve my this problem. i am new to cpanel but so old for BSD. i user FreeBSD for 10 years.

    SOLVED - reinstall p5-Tk port

    i reinstalled TK from my ports tree and now all seems OK.

    [root@server ~]# cd /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/p5-Tk
    [root@server /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/p5-Tk]# make install

    is it right? can you confirm me?

    I'm not familiar with this specific Perl module. However, installing items via the ports collection is much better than trying to use pkg_add as described at http://twiki.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/v...k-StartInstallationGuide#A_note_about_FreeBSD
