So WHM locks me out. this is a brand new install, and Cpanel Installed everything for me. I know my password is good. cause when I come back 1 hour later some times longer it works fine. The login criteria is auto filled.

The lock out occurs when I have been gone for awhile and come back, the length of lockout varies from 5 min to 3 hours it isn't always the same.

A few times I have seen something about Cookies information. but it's not constant.

This is driving me nuts, any thoughts?

Do you have "cPHulk Brute Force Protection" enabled?
If it is then disable it and see if the problem still occurs.

    Hello :)

It sounds like cPHulk brute force protection may be blocking logins to the specific username. You can configure it to allow your IP address or reduce lockout times via:

"WHM Home >> Security Center >> cPHulk Brute Force Protection"

    It's documented at:

    cPHulk Brute Force Detection

    Thank you.
