WHM reinstallation

    I have almost fresh copy of WHM/Cpanel. Is there possbility to delete all WHM settings and start configuration once again ?

    Don't think so. Might be able to if you haven't already allocated any IPs to your Server. I do believe though that an OS reinstall has to be done before WHM can be reinstalled.

    I tried to do, with IPs delegated but no accounts setup, and it was a no go.

    Remove (be sure to backup) /etc/wwwacct.conf & /var/cpanel/cpanel.config. Both should be regenerated when you log back into WHM and configure it again.
