WHM , Remote backup prolblem

    Hello

    I have confronted a problem with my WHM remote FTP backup ,

    I configured the server to make a Remote FTP backup several days ago . files and all accounts have been transferred to the ftp backup but all backups are empty ( file size = 0 KB )

    i was wondering if you could help me in this issue,

    What do the backup logs say? They are located under:

    Do you have enough space on the backup server?

    Hello,

    You should check remote FTP password. Sometimes, cPanel doesn't recognize password if it contains just words like perl langauage.

    Hello ,
    The problem is not because of disk space , i have tried on more than 3 FTP accounts , there is something wrong with my server
