Hello guys i've got an problem
*Note i didnt buy cPanel directly from here i ordered it once i ordered my VPS so they ordered it and installed it*
This started happening a day ago.
Root Reseller can create cPanel shared accounts in the create a new account
But all other resellers alpha, master, whm cant
Once they click the button create a new account it gives this error [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
I googled and found solutions but not for my problem, and nothing did work either.
    Can somebody help me?

It sounds like you are using some type of third-party "master reseller"-type software that allows multiple levels of resellers. The developer of such software would be the best resource for assistance with the problem you are describing.

I only use ZAMFOO or w/e its spelled.
If normal cPanel reseller doesent work it means its a cPanel error.

My understanding, based on your previous post, was that a regular cPanel reseller could create an account. This is what I based this assumption on:

I apologize for the misunderstanding. If only root can create an account, and not other resellers that you have created in the WebHost Manager, then please submit a ticket so that we may investigate the problem and fix it for you. Also, please provide the ticket number so that I may follow up on the request.
