Anybody know how i can make it so the resellers can choose there own themes rather then having one. Please let me know. Thank You.

Add package (it will let you then choose the cpanel theme)
or click modify account after creation (must be enabled in reseller center )

When i am in WHM and try to change the theme it does not let me i want this so i can themes. I have it already working in CPANEL.
