I searched the forum but couldn't find much on this topic. We have quite a few resellers with WHM reseller access and we've been getting a lot of questions regarding stats/overview. There doesn't seem to be much in terms of an overview page to display totals and remaining space/bandwidth available like there is on the root level (View Usage/Stats and Manage) link.

Is it possible to somehow give the customer access to view (View Usage/Stats) information that you get when logged in as root. Or are there any plans to display this information better in the future?

Thanks!

Resellers can be granted access to "View Bandwidth Usage" and upon doing so will only be able to view the bandwidth usage of their accounts and the combined bandwidth usage for their reseller account.

The List Accounts function and Show Accounts Over Quota functions can help resellers be informed of the disk usage status of their accounts.

Was there any other specific functionality you were looking to offer your resellers?

They're asking to be able to see the remaining resources that they have. I guess they aren't privy to calculating it all out. However I have discovered that this information is shown when creating a new account. That's what I am having them use for the time being.

Like this for example:

Account Limits

Number of Accounts: 4 / 10

Disk Space: 4800 / 5120
Your Disk Usage Limit is calculated based on how much disk space all your accounts have been allocated.

Bandwidth: 52000 / 102400
Your Bandwidth Usage Limit is calculated based on how much bandwidth all your accounts have been allocated.

Cpanel but no WHM

Hello to all. If you think this post is not in the right position, please delete.

Hi guys, I am new to cpanel and I am having some troubles about it. here it is.

In my account in 2iphost.com, I have a cpanel where I can make my website, I purchased ssl certificate but I couldent find my WHM...

How can I access WHM if what I I have is Cpanel only. in my cpanel, I can not see the link where to go directly to WHM. I tried typing mysite.com/whm but it was asking some access codes and i tried entering my cpanel access codes but its not working.

Please help guys... please please...

It sounds like you only have access to the cPanel interface. If you want access to WHM, that would be something you would need to negotiate with your web hosting provider.
