What do i do?

Excessive ATA Errors on disk /dev/hda. Please consider replacing this drive. Some Errors may be normal due to not 100% compatible IDE controllers and may be ignored.

Is this a new system with new cpanel install? If it's new it might just be one of the unsupported motherboards. If this is an old system then seriously have this checked by your NOC. This smart check has been around for awhile so if it's an old system then the errors are just starting. As I said have this checked.

If it's an existing server, don't take a wait and see approach -- get the drive replaced ASAP.
