    Hi All,

Just a quick question that can hopefully be easily answered, tried searching with no luck so far.

I have just taken over management of a WHM/cPanel managed server and as such have renamed the servers hostname to something new so we have control over the dns zone.

My problem is that when going to http://server.domain.new:2087 it is redirecting to https://server.domain.old:2087

I have changed everything I can see in WHM config (as root), which is just the host name in basic setup and the hostname in networking setup.

The headers being returned that are doing the redirect are:

    HTTP/1.1·301·Moved(CR)(LF)
    Server:·cpsrvd/11.25(CR)(LF)
    Content-length:·115(CR)(LF)
    Location:·https://server.domain.old:2087(CR)(LF)
    Content-type:·text/html(CR)(LF)
    (CR)(LF)

Is there some other hidden setting i'm missing somewhere? Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,
    Matt

Open up WHM and go to "Manage Service SSL Certificates" ....

You need to reset and reissue all the service certificates

(This will pickup the new hostname)
