    theme files should keep in
    /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/themes

After uploaded your theme, You will be able change the WHM theme inside WHM.

Okies, I got a question on this, I was just playing around trying to create something new, and I'm kinda stuck...

It calls "/scripts/htmltop" in the top frame on the "blue" theme... But how do you actually change the contents of what it throws out?

Are you stuck with simply changing the colours & background image, and the contents of the left hand frame or can the entire thing be skinned?
