How would I go about limiting SSH access to my server from only my IP? Is their a Cpanel option I can do this by?

How about WHM access, can I limit it to just 1 IP as well?

You can restrict other users to use SSH from WHM-> Manage Shell Access. You can also use the tools like tcpwrappers, SSHBlack.

You can put access limit of port 2086 from iptables firewall or APF type solutions.

    Thanks for your response.

I think to keep it simple for a guy with limited linux and server knowledge such as myself a half decent plan would be to disable shell access through WHM, only turning it on when I need access through SSH.

Can you see any problems with that?

No, there is no issues. You can disable/enable SSH access from WHM.
