WHM Stuck during account creation

I have tried several things to resolve that still the strange issue arises:

When I create new account it stuck to below:

Create a new Account
Adding User


When I check log at tail /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log, I see no related log.

I have updated cpanel for several times, it is not resolved yet.

WHMCS actions are not working:
Module Command Error
An unknown error occured

There are 600+ accounts, I am scared now.

All was working good, suddenly that happened.

Also, please check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log during the account creation to see what error is outputting.

If you open up a ticket or see an error message in the logs, please provide either or both here for tracking purposes.
